    I hope this year is full of success for all of my students.  Together, with hard work and dedication to our studies we can define and possibly begin to find solutions to some of the world’s historic and contemporary problems.   
     
    Biography:
    After finishing high school in 2005, I attended the University of Missouri in Columbia (Mizzou) while studying Secondary Education with an emphasis on social studies.  I finished my studies in 2009 and then joined the Peace Corp from 2010-2012.  I served as an English teacher in the Romanian countryside while also living with a host family.  After my service was completed I moved to Istanbul, Turkey where I continued working as an ESL teacher independent of any organizations.  I was there from 2012-2015.  I returned to the US thereafter and have been working in the SLPS district since.  My time so far at McKinley has been defined by great interactions with peers and students.  I feel that this is a special place where great work has been done, is being done, and will continue to be done given the pool of talent we possess.
