My name is Ben Butler. NYC transplant now calling STL home. I've been in St. Louis for a year now. I'm a very enthusiastic nerd that loves all things nerdy and sports. My background was culinary. I attended the Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 06. But working with kids runs in my family and ultimately decided to transition to that. I've worked with AmeriCorps, YMCA, Big Brothers & Sisters org, Living Classrooms, Boys & Girls Club and a ton of different roles in classrooms and camps going back 13 years. I was ICA last year and now leading my own classroom this year. Very exited to serve with Yeatman Middle School now.
