Teacher Message:
I am Ms. McCombs.   My philosophy is that everyone can learn and everyone is entitled to the  opportunity to learn as much as they possibly can.  All students can learn, and all deserve the opportunity to go as far as they can.  Teaching our kids qualities like being pleasant, well-behaved, polite and having good attendance, makes them ready for today's world and work force.  To do a good job and be a good citizen is something we desire for all of our children.
Emma McCombs attended Western Illinois University in MaComb, Illinois.   Ms.  McCombs grew up in the Metroeast.  After college, she worked  at  several schools and finally landed a position at Williams Middle as a teacher. There, she worked for many years.   When Williams  Middle closed, she came to Central V. P.A. At Central, she worked as a self-contained classroom instructor.  Now she serves as a co- teacher in the Social Studies class.  In her self-contained classroom, she works on improving writing skills.
