    Welcome to the Boy's Physical Education web page!
     
    I am honored and privelaged to serve the students and families of Busch Middle School of Character for the 2018-2019 school year. 
     
    Gentleman of Busch are expected to bring a change of clothes and wear sneakers for physical education class. It is recommended for gentleman to bring a pair of older tennis shoes to school when classes are going outside. Classes will frequently go outside during the nice weather months of the school year.
     
    Additionally, students are expected to bring a pencil to every class. Classes will be reading and writing everyday.
     
     
     
     
     
    Biography:
    Mr. Franklin was born and raised in the St. Louis area. Mr. Franklin is in his eighth year teaching for Saint Louis Public Schools. He has coached football, boy's basketball, girl's volleyball, and boy's soccer at the middle school level and is currently the head varsity baseball coach at McKinley High School. 
     
    Mr. Franklin earned his Bachelor's Degree in K-12 Physical Education and Master's Degree in School Administration from Lindenwood University, in St. Charles, Missouri. He is certified to teach K-12 Health and K-12 Physical Education. During the 2011-2012 school year Mr. Franklin was honored as the Urban Future Teacher of the Year.
     
    Hobbies include camping, fishing, spending time with his family and friends and competing in softball, basketball and golf.
