Other Facts

I grew up in St. Louis, MO, where I was a product of the St. Louis Public School District. During my younger years I found a love for track and field, and started competing in the sport at 10 years old. Throughout my track career, I became a two-time state, and national champion in the 800 meters, and received a four year track and field scholarship at Southeast Missouri State University.
