    Hello again to all of my students! Please check your school emails, you have been added to a Microsoft Team for your class.

    The assignments on the teacher page are also listed on the Teams page. You may submit your work via email or in teams once you have completed it. 

    If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me through teams or via email and I will responds as I can. 

    1. On your internet browser: Search portal.office.com
    2. Click sign in
    3. Input the username assigned to you (ex. dmeyer4584) include @slps.org ex. dmeyer4584@slps.org)
    4. Input the assigned password (your computer password)
    5. You may be asked to set the time zone if you have never logged in. Set it to Central (US and Canada).
    6. Once in the portal you will have access to the entire Microsoft suite. Be sure to locate the following applications as you will most likely use these the most for your e-learning: Teams, Outlook.
    7. Please note that when you do work in these apps within the portal your work will automatically save.
     
    Biography: This is the start of year eight with St. Louis Public Schools, but my fifth year at Roosevelt High School. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville in 2009, after changing careers from the management sector. I enjoy learning and believe that everyone has potential.

    This week we are working on changes that have happened in forensics over time and  forensic toxicology.
    The assignments for this week are as follows:
    1. Forensic Timeline - Complete the chart (10 points - may be submited through Microsoft Teams or via email).
    2. Forensic Toxicology - Take notes from the PowerPoint and complete the question sheet (10 points - may be submited through Microsoft Teams or via email).
    3. Continue working on your Crime Scene Projects (Due May 1st)
    Reminders: The timeline and questions are due by Friday 4/10.

     Chemistry: (2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th)

    This week we are working on chemical reactions and reaction types.
    The assignments for this week are as follows:
    1. Reactions Review Video and Question Sheet (35 points - may be submited through Microsoft Teams or via email).
    2. Chemical Reactions - Take notes from the PowerPoints and Video, then complete the question sheet (25 points - may be submited through Microsoft Teams or via email).
    3. Type of Chemical Reactions Worksheet- Using your notes complete the questions (35 points - may be submited through Microsoft Teams or via email).
