My job will focus primarily on working with the K-2 Multilingual Learners. This year will be my eleventh year of teaching and my seventh year at Dewey. I am looking forward to the start of this year and the new experiences we will share together.A few things about me:In 2020, I was awarded district Elementary Science Teacher of the Year. I also graduated from Webster University with my second graduate degree, a Master of Arts in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language).I previously had the honor of teaching 2nd and 3rd grade science for Teaching in Room 9 on channel 9. You can catch me on re-runs or on the website!I have one dog, a corgi named Dinah. My two cousins, Julia (15) and Corinne (12) live with me. Our favorite things include watching Jeopardy and family dinners.
