Early Childhood Special Education-ILABS

♥I graduated from UMSL in 2015 with my Bachelors Degree in Special Education and an early childhood certificate. This is my seventh year teaching, all at Mullanphy. My first year I was in a pre-school inclusion classroom and I have taught five years in a classroom that uses the autism model. I also have several years experience working with students with special needs from volunteer work in college.

♥I have a three-year-old foster son and dog named Princess. I love spending time with my family and friends! I have one brother and a best friend that everyone has claimed as a sister. I enjoy working out, watching/attending NASCAR races, watching/attending Blues Hockey games, hiking, float trips, water/snow skiing, and looking at nature. I have donated 12 inches of my hair 8 times.  

♥Ms. Thorpe is our awesome classroom assistant! This is her second year joining us in the ILABS classroom. She has worked with children for a long time, including daycare and special education locations.
