WEEK OF APRIL 6-10, 2020

  • Teacher's Message:
This is week 1 of distance learning. This week the main focus will be to ensure that all of you are able to access Microsoft Teams and complete our first few assignments.

Every week your new assignments will be posted by 8 am on Monday morning and due by 12 noon the following Sunday. I will post a recommended schedule for assignments each week but understand that you might not have the flexibility, which is why all assignments are due by Sunday.

    On your internet browser:

    1. Search portal.office.365
    2. Click "Sign In"
    3. Put in your username (your school computer username: rbutler5432@slps.org) + slps.org
    4. Put in your password (school computer password)
    5. You may be asked to set the time zone if you have never logged in. Set it to Central (US and Canada).
    6. Once in the portal, you will have access to the entire Microsoft suite. Be sure to find the following applications as you will most likely use these the most for your e-learning: Teams (assignments), Outlook (email).
    7. Please note that when you do work in these apps within the portal your work will automatically save.
