More than 100 Saint Louis Public Schools parents and caregivers were honored this month as the inaugural graduates of SLPS Parent University—a new initiative designed to strengthen the home-school connection. Over the course of several months, families participated in workshops focused on academics, mental health, and how to better support their students' success.
The graduation ceremony was held May 8 at the City Museum, where participants were recognized for their commitment to learning and engagement. Parent University reflects the district’s growing efforts to build strong, supportive partnerships between schools and families.
