Dear Madame or Sir,

I am writing on behalf of The Mullanphy Investigative Learning Center PTO to request a donation for our Bingo Night this upcoming March 2018.  Any gift certificates/cards, goods, or monetary contribution would be extremely helpful to the success of this event. Any funds raised by the PTO will directly benefit the elementary school by allowing us to sponsor field trips, provide much needed scholastic resources, and enable the planning of future events for our students and staff. Please help us reach our goal as a means of bettering your community and enriching the lives of our elementary school.

We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can make. Should you be so kind as to make a donation we will recognize your business in the “Lion News Express”, our newsletter, and on the PTO’s Facebook page. This will reach 462 student’s parents, family, and staff members. We will also send you a letter of contribution with our tax id as receipt of your generous donation for your records.
