Welcome to Bryan Hill Elementary's Principal's Corner
Dear Parents of Bryan Hill Elementary:
Welcome to the new school year. Whether you are a returning family or new to our district, I hope your summer was restful and you are now looking forward to making the most of the wonderful educational opportunities that are available to you here at Bryan Hill Elementary. Although, there have been many changes and a lot going on in society, I am confident that the 2020-2021 school year will definitely be a success with our strong partnership.
A special thank you for your patience as we continue to perfect our new way of teaching and learning. Some highlights of improvement to share are that each student will receive their own electronic device from the district if they do not have one at home. In addition, the staff here at Bryan Hill has had several weeks to prepare and we will be starting the virtual school year off strong, with expectations of students logging on every day for daily lessons.
Here at Bryan Hill, we serve students in Pre-K ~ Grade 5. We are pleased to be able to provide all students with a nurturing educational environment that is necessary to ensure their academic success. Our school fosters learning for all children by providing a solid curriculum that focuses on reading, math, social studies and science. All teachers will provide daily virtual differentiated instructional opportunities designed to meet the individual needs of each child.
As we begin the school year, we are eagerly looking forward to working with you and your child. School begins August 31st, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. and dismisses at 3:00 p.m. Please make sure that your child attends virtually on the first day as well as every day thereafter. We will have an attendance incentive on the first day of school. In addition, we will have monthly attendance incentives to be sure that your child attends school every day in order to be eligible.
The following important reminders below will ensure the safety and success for all the students at Bryan Hill Elementary:
