    Ms. Briscoe & kids

Dear Parents of Bryan Hill Elementary:

Welcome to Bryan Hill Elementary School, where we are the Soaring Eagles that fly high and proud.  Please feel free to stop by for a moment to share your vision and goals for your child's school year.

Here at Bryan Hill, we serve students in Pre-K ~ Grade 5. We are pleased to be able to provide all students with the nurturing educational environment that is necessary to ensure their academic success. Our school fosters learning for all children by providing a solid curriculum that focuses on reading, math, social studies and science. All teachers provide daily differentiated instructional opportunities designed to meet the individual needs of each child. We offer after school learning opportunities as well.

We are eagerly looking forward to working with you and your child. For our returning families and our new families, we are a uniform school. Our uniform colors are navy or khaki pants with blue or white shirts. Parents, we need your support in ensuring your child comes to school dressed in uniform daily.

As a reminder, school begins at 8:15 a.m. and dismisses at 3:12 p.m. Please make sure that your child attends school every day. We will have monthly attendance drawings, so make sure that your child attends school every day in order to be eligible.

Together we will work to provide a quality learning environment that meets your child’s academic, social and emotional needs. Again, I welcome you and look forward to working with you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 314-534-0370.

    SLPS Important Information from SLPS:

Families Make Sure You Are Counted!

Even in these uncertain times – perhaps particularly now –  it is important to think to the future. A kindergartener counted in 2020 will be starting high school when the next Census comes round. The Census is a way to help positively impact 10 years of school supplies, teachers, school lunches and more.

Census data guides how more than $675 billion in federal funding is distributed to states and communities each year for schools, heath care facilities, roads, transportation, recreation centers, social services and more.

Please help us encourage ALL of our families to participate in the 2020 Census. As of now, participation in the City of St. Louis is at only 38%. If we don't get that number up, we will all lose out on federal dollars we need in our community.
