  • *ABOUT MRS. HAKE*

    I graduated from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2014 with my degree in Early Childhood Education. This is my 11th year teaching 3rd grade at Shaw VPA Elementary and my 10th year teaching only ELA. I am currently back in classes at UMSL getting my reading certification and my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on Reading! 

    I am not originally from Saint Louis, but I have lived here for almost 18 years. I am married to a teacher (Mr. Hake teaches 5th grade in another district) and together we have an 8-year-old daughter named Eisley and a dog named Kaia.
