This is my 14th year in St. Louis Public Schools, and I am honored to serve as the Academic Instructional Coach at Jefferson Elementary. My role allows me to work side-by-side with teachers to support high-quality instruction, share meaningful resources, and collaborate on strategies that meet the unique needs of every learner. Before joining Jefferson, I served for many years as a Reading Specialist, which fueled my passion for literacy, student engagement, and empowering educators.

At Jefferson, we are proud to be Eagles, and we believe that every student has the potential to soar. Whether it’s helping a teacher design a powerful lesson, celebrating a student’s breakthrough moment, or guiding a collaborative coaching cycle, my goal is to ensure that all of our Eagles have the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to reach new heights. I love being part of a school community where students, families, and staff lift each other up, work toward shared goals, and celebrate every success, big or small.
