I am your School Social Worker. As a social worker, I have learned that self care is so important to that I try to incorporate it into my daily routine. When I can, I enjoy taking walks to get my body moving and my brain focused on positive thoughts. I also enjoy reading motivational books, yoga, and journaling. I encourage every student that I work with to think about ways they can take care of themselves and handle daily pressures of being a student appropriately.
