Hello, my name is Mr. Sawyer. This will be my 4th year teaching 6th grade at Hickey Elementary. I was born and raised in Saint Louis. I graduated from Lindenwood University with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2020. I started my teaching career in Wentzville, teaching virtual science to 6th graders.   

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my dog. I enjoy playing different sports, such as volleyball and soccer. Lastly, I coach high school girls and boys volleyball in the Parkway school district after school in the fall and spring seasons.
