Nahed Chapman New American Academy

The St. Louis Public Library is allowing residents to apply for digital library cards. There is a quick form to fill out and a library card is generated for the patron. They have tons of e-books and audiobooks available without ever needing to leave the house. They also no longer issue fines for any late materials
