Some things to keep in mind as we get started:
- We will utilize Microsoft Teams throughout our learning platform. This is where we will have meetings, assignments, and any links needed to participate in lessons. You must have your child's username and password to login. I would suggest writing it down, taping it somewhere visibile for your child, and practicing how to log in with them so they can do it independently soon! You can use any device to access Teams.
- Class starts promptly at 9:20 and the school day ends at 4:17 pm. Attendance will be taken each day in the building. Please make sure that students are on time and ready to work.
- Our Team is like a house, and within the house are rooms, but we call these "channels." They are all still connected to the Team. These look like tabs on the left side of the screen when you are logged in. They are labeled by subject and I will link them below. However, you can access any channel easily as long as you are logged into our Team. For example, if we are having a literacy block time, you will need to be in the literacy channel. If we are having social studies, you will need to click the social studies channel, etc.
