Student Eligibility
Students must be at least a full year behind in credits. Students who were NOT previously enrolled in a St. Louis Public High School, must submit a copy of their high school transcripts with their application.
Students must also participate in other instructional activities after school, (Career Education courses, elective classes, volunteer experiences, work experience, etc. that lead to the student’s classification by the school district as a full-time student.)
Students must have at least a 7th grade reading and math level. There may be exceptions pending the student’s strengths and needs, but those exceptions are uncommon. Grade level is identified by administering a diagnostic test.
*Diagnostic tests are scheduled after a student has registered for the program and can be taken on Thursdays at 9:00am. The test should take about 2 hours.
After diagnostic testing, students are REQUIRED to attend an orientation before they can begin classes.
