    Single Gender Classrooms – teachers use gender specific teaching strategies to help students reach their full academic potential

    Guided Reading Instruction — students are taught reading in small groups at their instructional level

    Teacher Home Visit Program – teachers visit the homes of their students twice a year to help create a strong partnership between school and home

    Arts in Mind — (Stray Dog Theater) an after-school learning program combining traditional reading and math with an appreciation for the arts

    After School Programs- Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Girls On the Run offered throughout the school year for students to participate in.
