Hi Everyone! Thank you for participating in Virtual Learning this last quarter of the 2019-2020 school year! Please click on the ENG 150 tab to gain access to some summer resources and a summer reading list! Please email me for questions or concerns! I hope to see you all in the fall!
Message from Mrs. Caffey: My aim is to provide a basis for reading, a structure for writing, and strategies for test taking for every student I encounter. My goal is to also offer a safe space where students can share their ideas and experiences in order to maximize success. Thanks for stopping by my page!
Biography: I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago, IL. There I fostered a love of reading at a young age. I was home-schooled from grade 4-8 and attended my neighborhood high school for 9th grade. I soon transferred and graduated from Northtown Academy, a north side charter school, where I found my passion for teaching.

While attending DePaul University, I majored in Secondary Education with a concentration in English and Social Sciences. My degree has given me the credentials in order to educate today’s children. I have a passion for education, and believe my experience and personal ambition will help me to succeed in being an outstanding educator.
