For your scholar(s) to have a successful year, it helps that they eat healthy foods, exercise an hour a day, get 8 hours of sleep a night for a healthy body and a healthy life. Please check that your child(ren) is/are off screen device an hour before bedtime and remain off during the night.
I appreciate your help in keeping everyone healthy by having immunizations up to date and keeping them home when he or she is not feeling well.
Remind your children to wash their hands often and eat only food that you send with them and not their friend's food.
