    STUDENT WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO PRACTICE  TO WHAT THEY HAVE LEARNED AT HOME FROM THE VIDEOS

    STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS TO GET A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF WHY THEY ARE MOVING AND WHAT THEY CAN DO TO GET BETTER .
