    Teacher Message: Welcome to Soldan!  My major emphasis is upon encouraging students to see mathematics as a web of closely connected ideas, linking new ideas to previously learned concepts, and helping students to see mathematics as a unified body of knowledge whose concepts build upon each other.  Mathematics is also the common language of many other disciplines and students should learn the mathematical foundations of these disciplines. Finally, I ensure that my students connect their mathematical learning to appropriate real-world contexts.                                                      “Remember, practice is ESSENTIAL to success in mathematics.”

    Tyler SIS is our gradebook for teachers, students, and parents. Grades will be updated weekly to reflect student progress.              
    Biography:
    I am originally from India, and completed a Masters in Mathematics and a Masters in Education there.  I am certified to teach secondary school mathematics (9 – 12) in Missouri.  I am also working as an adjunct faculty through UMSL, offering Dual Credit courses at Soldan.
