Biography:  I was born and raised in North St. Louis and attended River Roads Lutheran School, Lutheran North, and then had a full scholarship to the University of Missouri-St. Louis in which I majored in middle school education.  I graduated from college in 1988 and I worked as a long-term substitute in the Ferguson-Florissant School District, taught at a shelter for troubled youth in St.
Charles called Youth in Need, taught 8th grade social studies at Blow Middle School for about ten years, and currently I am in my fifth year at Busch Middle School.  I initially taught 6th and 7th grade social studies, then taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math.

One of my biggest hobbies is traveling.  I have been to every state and over 100 different countries.   I just completed my Masters in Elementary Education with a focus in Math and a Masters in Educational Counseling at UMSL.

My office hours are between 10am and noon and 1pm to 3pm daily during the stay at home schooling order. Use my email to contact me and I will get back in touch with you that day or the next school day.
