About Me:
I am a happy mom to my 10 year old son, Maddox, who will be in 5th grade this year, and wife of 15 years to my husband Matt. We LOVE to go to music concerts and discover the world. I LOVE visiting the beach and the mountains!
I was honored to receive the 2020-2021 Educator of the Year Award in the category of School Support Leader for my role as Academic Instructional Coach in the St. Louis Public School District! It was a very exciting experience, and I am so excited to continue my work at Oak Hill as the School Principal!

I have been an educator in the St. Louis Public School Distrtict for 20 years. I started my career in August of 2005 teaching 6th grade English Language Arts at Carr Lane VPA Middle School. I worked at Carr Lane as both a 6th and 8th grade teacher for several years. From there, I became a Consultant Teacher with the St. Louis Plan in 2012. In 2015, I began my work at Oak Hill Elementary School as the Academic Instructional Coach. Throughout my time as an educator, I have received Master's Degrees in both Educational Administration and Reading. My certifications include Birth-3rd Grade, 1st-6th Grade, Middle School English Language Arts and Science, K-12 Special Reading, and Building Level Administrator. I absolutely love it here at Oak Hill Elementary! The staff is amazing and works very hard to make sure their students have the best of the best. I am excited to see what we can accomplish in the 2023-2024 school year!
