Welcome to 2nd Grade!  My name is Mr. Mitchell and I will be your scholar's 2nd Grade teacher  I am a St. Louis native and have been teaching in the SLPS district for eight years.  I received my Bachelor's degree (BA) in Elementary Education from Webster University in 2014.  Prior to that I was a toy designer, museum exhibit designer, and production manager.  I also retired from the U.S. Army in 2017 after over 20 years service on Active Duty and in the National Guard.  I am excited to begin this school year and watch your child grow!
