About me  

My name is Kaitlyn Helland, and I am the integrated pre-kindergarten teacher for the 2024-2025 school year at Nance Elementary. I am very excited to have all the parents and families come back to Nance this year! Just to tell you a little bit about myself, I am a 2023 college graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Special Education. I also have certification in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education. I am from the suburbs of Saint Louis, Mo, but once went to Saint Louis Public Schools for Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten at Washington Montessori. This will be my second year with the Saint Louis Public School District. I couldn’t be more excited about this school year with the Nance family and community!
