All students at Yeatman have been issued an iPad for in-school use.  If you would like for this iPad to come home, you MUST sign the online contract by scanning the QR code or by clicking the "contract link" below it.  Once you open the contract, MAKE SURE TO CLICK THE OPTION THAT STATES THAT YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO TAKE IT HOME. All parents should fill out a contract for an iPad regardless of whether you want it to go home or not.

When clicking the link, you may need to click at the bottom where it says "Sign With Mobile Browser" in order to fill it out.
