    Senior Chief Findall, a native of Saint Louis, Missouri and a graduate of Saint Thomas Aquinas-Mercy High School, enlisted in the United States Navy in October 1992.  Following completion of basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois he reported to Fleet Combat Training Center, Dam Neck, Virginia where he was an Honor Graduate of Operations “A” School. 

    Upon graduation, he reported for duty onboard the USS O’BRIEN (DD 975) homeported in Yokosuka Japan and then USS INDEPENDENCE (CV 62), where he earned his Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist.  He then transferred to USS GETTYSBURG (CG 64) and USS McINERNEY (FFG 8) homeported in Mayport, Florida where he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer.  His first shore assignment was at Afloat Training Group – Pacific, San Diego, California, where he earned his Master Training Specialist and Afloat Training Specialist.  After being selected for Senior Chief, he reported onboard USS PINCKNEY (DDG 91), San Diego, California, where he served as Operations Department Leading Chief Petty Officer and Air Control Supervisor. His last duty assignment was at Center for Surface Combat Systems, San Diego Detachment, San Diego, California as Administration Department Head and Instructor.

     After 22 years of Naval Service, he retired and moved back to his hometown of Saint Louis, Missouri.  Senior Chief Findall is severing as a Naval Science Instructor at Cleveland Junior Naval Academy, Saint Louis, Missouri.  He holds an Associates of Science Degree from Excelsior University and is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy, Class 159 (Blue).  His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (6 awards), and various unit and campaign awards.

    Senior Chief Findall has three boys.
