Welcome to the 2025-26 School Year

My Name is Mrs. Carol Lile.  I am entering my 7th year of teaching at Hamilton Elementary. 

About me-  I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business earned in 1986 and a Degree in Early Childhood Education, earned in 2010 from Missouri Baptist University.     

I have been married for 37 years, and have 2 grown children.  

My true passion is teaching!  3rd grade is a very special time for learning.  3rd grade scholars are emerging into a whole new world of accountability and responsibility where the learning begins to come together and allow them to make sense of their world!
