Buder Family,

This year every parent will need to provide a working email in order to register your child(ren) for school. You only need to complete one form per family. Once you complete the 3 questions below, sign and date, and email a copy of your driver's license to irene.cotton@slps.org, you will be sent a link to register your child(ren) through the Parent Portal from.http://sis.slps.org/ With the Tyler Parent Portal, you will be able to view information about your child: Attendance, Grades, Immunization Records, Schedules, Discipline and Cafeteria Menu (when we return to in person learning). You will also be able to edit parent contact information and update emergency contacts.
