Greetings,

This is my fourth year teaching 6th grade math at Compton-Drew ILC Middle School.  Prior to teaching, I worked for a non-profit organization and in the insurance industry.  

I completed my Master's Degree in Education at University of Missouri-St. Louis.  I am certified in Middle School Math, as well as Special Education.  

I have been married for over 20 years, and we have a daughter starting her second year at college, along with two dogs.   Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, walking and hiking.  I love spending time with my family and friends.

I am excited about the 2024-2025 school year.  I love building relationships with the students inside and outside the math classroom.  It is a joy to see students grow both educationally and personally as they transition to middle school.
