As the year comes to a close I hope that you are staying safe. I miss your students every day and I have hope that next year we will be able to gather again. Thank you for all the work you have done with your student throughout this time.
Grades will be based on a Pass (P) or Incomplete (I) in the gradebook. If you and your student have completed any work online or on paper they will receive a pass. These grades will not effect them in anyway regardless of the I or P grade they received. Grades are still frozen at 3rd quarters grades.
Your Epic account will end June 30th. Pearson and SeeSaw should be accessible throughout the year. I will email you that if it changes. If you are using any other websites, please check to see if they will give you access throughout the summer. See the directions below for SeeSaw, Pearson, and Epic.
Have a great summer.

Here are some updates from the SLPS website:
MEALS FOR STUDENTS: The District, in partnership with the City and area charters, has developed a meal program (www.slps.org/meals) for families. The City has assured us that we can continue to provide grab-and-go meals at 36 schools in the city. Breakfast and lunch are served Monday through Friday, 8am to noon. The website has a flyer you can download and share in eight languages. The sites are staffed by Southwest Foodservice Excellence.
SUPPORT HOTLINE: The District has established a direct hotline for students and parents requiring social and emotional support. Please share this information with your families. The hotline can be accessed by calling 314-345-6900 or via email, email@example.com.
INSTRUCTION: The Academic team has created enrichment packets to encourage continuous learning among students of all grade levels. These packets are available at meal distribution sites, and they are posted online at www.slps.org/keeponlearning. We are presently working to set up additional learning opportunities, likely via online platforms. We will have more for you on that this week.
