Weight Training

  • Welcome to Weight Training. This is your introduction to the weight room, and various forms of Resistance Training. We will focus on how to build muscle safely and efficiently. Eventually, when we get back into the building, we will learn:

    * safety protocols

    * proper form and technique

    * weight room ettiquete

    * various training frameworks. 

    While we are working out from home, we will focus on "body weight exercises," and getting a workout using minimal equipment.
