Mr. Simons served as the President at Novus International, Inc. from 2001 to March 31, 2014, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until March 31, 2014. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Novus International, Inc. Mr. Simons serves as a Director of Novus International, Inc. He received International Businessperson of the Year, Agribusiness Leader of the Year, and Entrepreneur of the Year.
 
Prior to Mr. Simons' time at Novus International, he served at Monsanto Company as an attorney responsible for general legal and regulatory affairs at the Corporate and European offices and for operations throughout Europe and Africa.
