Hello Everyone,

Welcome to Roosevelt High School Social worker's office. Please allow me to pay you the respect of introducing myself. My name is Harold Mangrum.

I am the new social worker for Roosevelt High School. I am looking forward to working with the students and families of Roosevelt High School as I am an alumini of St. Louis Public Schools myself.   

My education includes graduating from St. Louis Community College with an Associate's Degree in Human Services and a Certificate of Proficiency in Chemical Independence Studies, both in 2002.   

Afterward, I completed a Bachelor of Social Work as well as an undergraduate certificate in Nonprofit Management at the University of Missouri in December 2013. Upon completion of the Bachelor of Social Work, I completed a Master of Arts in Nonprofit leadership at Webster University in May 2016.  

During this process, I completed the required education and process for becoming a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor in the state of Missouri.

My professional work experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Associate Substance Abuse Counselor-1996-2002

Certified Substance Abuse Counselor/Case Manager-2002-2017

School Social Worker-2024-Present

Once again, I look forward to working with the students of Roosevelt High School and their families in the upcoming school year, and I anticipate a successful school year for us all.
