SLPS and Partners to Provide FREE Vaccinations to Students 16 and Older

  • Saint Louis Public Schools is excited to partner with the Urban League of Greater St. Louis and the Army National Guard to offer a free vaccination event! The Urban League and National Guard will be providing free Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to SLPS students ages 16 and older during a vaccination event starting Thursday, May 6 and Friday, May 7.

All SLPS students (in-person and virtual) will have the opportunity to sign up for the two-dose, Pfizer vaccine, the only one approved for youth ages 16+ at this time.  Appointments for the first dose will be scheduled at Vashon High School on Thursday, May 6 and Friday, May 7. The second dose will be scheduled 21 days later, May 27 and 28.

In order to reserve a spot for the vaccination, you must complete one of the following links:

The deadline for completing the link is MIDNIGHT, Tuesday, May 4.

    • These vaccinations are NOT mandatory. They are being made available as a service to students and families.
    • Consent forms are required at the time of vaccination.
    • Students 16 and 17 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete a signed consent form.
    • Students 18 or older may sign their own consent forms and schedule their vaccinations.

Please note that the vaccination schedule may change based on demand. At this time, this vaccination event is only open only to SLPS students 16 and over. As more supply becomes available, we hope to open this opportunity up to more St. Louis City teens.
