    If you are a former student of Saint Louis Public Schools and would like to request a copy of your student transcript, please download and complete the Student Transcript Request Form by clicking HERE. Please note the identification requirements in the form before submitting.

     
    If you are a new receiving school or the parent/guardian of a current SLPS student and need a current SLPS student records for transfer to a new school, please directly contact the last SLPS school attended by the student.
     
    SLPS holds the student transcript records of closed charter high schools which previously operated in the City of St. Louis. The St. Louis Public Schools did not originate nor maintain former charter high school student transcript records received and is not responsible for errors and/or omission in these transcript records.
