NEW SLPS Facilities Moving & Delivery Criteria 2025-2026 SY
Greetings SLPS Team! The Facilities Team is thrilled to implement a new streamlined approach to moves and delivery requests within the district as of August 8, 2025. We are aware that there will be updates and adjustments to make as we progress forward in this process. However, the Facilities team is eager to assist in this process to ensure clarity and usability. Please, if you have any questions, please contact the Buildings & Grounds Service Response Center at 314-535-2500 for assistance, or please feel free to contact Mr. Rashad Sullivan via email at Rashad.Sullivan@slps.org. The team will be more than happy to assist!
In the new process, any district moves and delivery requests within SLPS, must be submitted as a work request via the district’s work order system, Asset Essentials. We are NO LONGER utilizing the SD-107 Request Form for general moving and delivery requests as of August 8, 2025. All requests must be made via Asset Essentials.
NEW: Moving and Delivery Requests Required to be Submitted in Asset Essentials Include:
• Furniture/Student desk requests
• Furniture removals/decluttering
• Classroom moves (e.g., room 102 relocating to room 202)
• Equipment moves
• Folding table/folding chair deliveries
Instructions for Submitting Requests in Asset Essentials:
Asset Essentials Website: DudeAuth (dudesolutions.io)
1. Log in to your building’s Asset Essentials account* (e.g., Vashon@slps.org)
2. Universal password: Schools1234#
3. Submit under the "Moving/Delivery" tab
Once in Asset Essentials, please provide clear details as best as possible. This will help ensure an accurate and efficient request. Please include details as such:
1. Location of items
2. Number of items
3. Disposition of items (removed, relocated, taken to warehouse etc.)
4. Miscellaneous details that may be helpful for an efficient move/delivery request
*Please note: All school locations have active accounts and can submit work requests via Asset Essentials. If a department not associated with a school location wants to appoint a designee to submit work requests, please reach out to Rashad Sullivan, Assistant Director of Facilities – Maintenance Services, at Rashad.Sullivan@slps.org and a requestor account will be created for this designee*
