• GSHS Jagettes - Coed Dance

    2025-2026 

     

    The GSHS Jagettes consist of two teams: Majorette Dance and Poms. The Majorette Dance team performs at football games, competitions, school assemblies, and parades, while the Poms team participates in basketball games, competitions, and parades.

    In addition to regular practices held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with additional sessions on Wednesdays during performance weeks, team members will engage in conditioning activities throughout the summer and school year. The program also emphasizes team bonding and community service.

    Students are expected to effectively manage their academic responsibilities, team commitments, homework, and social activities. We encourage potential participants to carefully consider their commitments prior to trying out for the teams.

    Monday, August 25, 2025 – Dance Clinic (Learning the routines)

    Tuesday, August 26, 2025 – Dance Clinic (Learning the routines)

    Wednesday, August 27, 2025 – Interviews, Solo Performances, and Review

    Thursday, August 28, 2025 – Tryouts (Before Judges)
