• College Access Partnership Award (CAP-A)

    Is available to first-year students who have participated in a designated College Access Partnership program or Scholarship Organization/Foundation.


    Eligibility:
    1. Successful completion of a designated College Access Partner Program or receive funding/scholarship from a designated Foundation or Organization Partner. Programs include: Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Urban League of St. Louis, Talent Search, Upward Bound, Wyman Scholars, College Bound, Higher Education Consortium and Saint Louis Internship Program. For a full list of partner organizations, see the application.
    2. A letter of recommendation from the Partner Program, Foundation or Organization.
    3. High school grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 or above.
    4. First generation college student and/or Pell grant eligible.
    5. Full admittance to Southeast Missouri State University.

    Value: Range from $500-2,000 per year ($250-1,000 per semester)

    Glenn L. Moller, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

    • Graduating senior, high school graduate, or current college student
    • Resident of the City of St. Louis or St. Louis County
    • Participation in a Unleashing Potential (Neighborhood Houses) program a benefit but not a requirement
    • College preparatory academic record and potential for success
    • Demonstrated financial need at an eligible college or university
    • Full time enrollment at an eligible nonprofit two-year or four-year college, university or technical college.
