    The skilled culinary arts students at Beaumont Career and Technical Education High School hosted a Thanksgiving feast on November 21, featuring turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, and two choices of dessert.

    Guests raved about the delicious food and the dedicated students who prepared and served the meal.

    This is Beaumont’s second year hosting Thanksgiving. The students are under the instruction of Chef Michael Belton Jr., an SLPS alum and graduate of the prestigious Johnson & Wales University culinary program.
