• The Gateway Jaguar cheerleaders have accomplished many goals this school year, including raising money to purchase new uniforms. To thank supporters, the team saw fit to give back this holiday season by hosting their first ever community service project!

The Lady Jags have connected with the United Way to adopt two families from their “100 Most Neediest Cases.” The team purchased clothes, appliances and toys for their families and then greeted each family with welcome cheer and holiday wishes.

The families were so moved by the girls’ kindness and generosity that tears were shared by all. The Lady Jags felt blessed and happy that they were able to make someone else’s holiday season brighter, and hope to make the community service project a yearly tradition.
